Description
Scaffold files for EMAP1, EMAP2, EMAP3 and SMAC Co-IPs. All data sets are merged in the file "EMAP SMAC IP Merged v2" and "EMAP SMAC (-) saponin merged". Individual scaffold files are also uploaded, headers in the file correspond to the bait protein of each run.
