ROOT VEGETABLES AND THEIR ROLE IN HUMAN NUTRITION

Abstract

The article provides information about the role and features of rational nutrition of people, which is associated with uninterrupted provision throughout the year with balanced protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, etc. products not only due to bread and bakery products, but also favorite fruits, vegetables and other crops. The authors make very logical conclusions that biennial vegetable crops play a special role in the nutrition of the population, which, according to the authors, form 2-3 crops per year when irrigated.
