Description

crisprTrack identifies putative 20-mer CRISPR/Cas9 targets in a given genome, and outputs a BED file that can be used for visualization. It is based on user-defined protospacer-adjacent motif (PAM) sites, and can be instructed to avoid defined sub-optimal PAMs.

Version 1.0.0 is the initial release.
