Description

This dataset contains original and manually counted microscopy images used to demonstrate the Fiji macro “Batch Manual Counting from Microscopy: A Semi-Automated Fiji Macro for Conidial Germination Assessment in Entomopathogenic Fungi”.

Each image is provided in two versions:
• Original image – raw microscopy image prior to preprocessing.
• Counted image – same image after manual annotation with Cell Counter in Fiji.

The dataset serves as supplementary material to the macro available on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17544936
