IUPAC/Dissociation-Constants: v2.3c

This release includes the labeled data, digitization report, method keys, and partial reference keys as part of the IUPAC Digitized pKa Dataset. For more information, please review the Data Digitization Report attached in this repository. Our validation process is ongoing and will continue; please be advised that a few errors and inconsistencies may still exist.

Updates from previous version:

• Fixed typo for serjeant5330: pka value from 1.166 to 4.166
• Temperature now uses the midpoint of a temperature range instead of the lower value (e.g. 18-22 reports 20 instead of 18)
• Fixed some acidity labels that were not updated from previous pKa type changes
• Cleaned up extra files in repo.
