UC1 DATA FOLDER - 3D POINTCLOUD ANALYSIS

The dataset includes the following components:

• analysis_data: a compilation of JSON containing the output of the main extraction codes from UC1-08 model. 
• grids: contains the 3D grids generated by UC1-08 aligned with the pointclouds. 
• grids_NDVI: contains the 3D grids generated by UC1-08 aligned with the NDVI pointclouds. 
• ground_clouds: ground-only pointclouds extracted from the vineyard pointclouds.
• ground_clouds_down: downsampled versions of the ground pointclouds.
• parcel_points.json: contains the 2D grid definition used to generate the 3D grid with the same shape.
• plant_clouds: plant-only pointclouds extracted from the vineyard pointclouds.
• plant_clouds_down: downsampled versions of the plant pointclouds.
• plant_clouds_NDVI: NDVI-based plant pointclouds.
• plant_clouds_NDVI_down: downsampled NDVI-based plant pointclouds.
• vineyards_down: downsampled full vineyard pointclouds (RGB).
• vineyards_NDVI_down: downsampled full vineyard NDVI pointclouds.

This dataset is used to execute the UC1-08 models for point cloud analysis. Note that when the suffix “down” is used, it indicates that the point cloud has undergone standardization, alignment and outlier removal processes, allowing for comparisons across different dates. If the data is called ground_clouds_2023.tar, that means that you need a folder named ground_clouds then another folder 2023 and inside will be this data, if it's for example ground_clouds_2024_1.tar or ground_clouds_2024_1.tar, you should save the inside files in ground_clouds/2024/. 

For executing the downsample part of this model you will also be required to have the Vineyards zenodo data with the original cropped pointclouds. More information can be found in 08_pointcloud_analysis .
