ECHOES Quality and Risk Management Plan (D1.3)

The ECHOES Quality and Risk Management Plan (QRMP) establishes a robust framework to ensure high-quality project outcomes and proactive risk management. It is structured around two main components: the Quality Management Strategy and the Risk Management Strategy.

The Quality Management Strategy clearly defines roles and responsibilities within the consortium. It includes quality control measures such as regular progress reporting, milestone tracking, and ongoing stakeholder engagement. In addition, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are implemented to monitor progress and achievements across work packages and deliverables.

The Risk Management Strategy focuses on the identification of potential risks, whether scientific, technical, financial, or operational, and the development of appropriate mitigation plans. It incorporates regular risk monitoring and reporting mechanisms, with escalation procedures to governance bodies when necessary. Furthermore, specific roles within the project are assigned clear responsibility for managing each identified risk.
