WAYS OF FORMATION OF NEW BELARUSIAN AGRICULTURAL VOCABULARY

Description

Based on rich lexical material from the newspapers “Zvyazda” [“Star”], “Chyrvonaya Zmena” [“The Red Shift”], “Nastaynitskaya Gazeta” [“Teacher’s Newspaper”], “Gomelskaya Prayda” [“The Gomel Truth”] and the websites of some regional newspapers, the article describes the ways of formation of new Belarusian agricultural vocabulary which has not been recorded in the dictionaries of the Belarusian language, reveals productive, low-productive and unproductive ways of word formation.
