This study explores the transformative vision of Connie Shin @ Cassy Ompok in advancing value-driven early childhood education as a foundation for sustainable generational growth in Sabah. Anchored in the principles of holistic learning, cultural continuity, and social responsibility, the research investigates how value-based pedagogical practices nurture resilience, empathy, and sustainability awareness among young learners. Using a mixed-methods approach combining online surveys and semi-structured interviews with early childhood educators, the study examines how cultural values, teacher beliefs, and educational environments intersect to shape meaningful early learning experiences. The findings aim to highlight the critical role of culturally rooted, value-centered education in shaping future generations who are not only academically capable but also ethically grounded and socially responsible.
