Resolution of Cosmological Anomalies and the Hubble Tension: The Unified Causal Principle (UCP) and the Triple Confined Origin Theory

Description

This manuscript presents an empirical validation of the Triple Confined Ori
gin Theory (TTO) and its foundation, the Unified Causal Principle (UCP), using
 exclusively pure observational data independent of the inferences from the
 ΛCDM model. We mathematically demonstrate, from first principles and the Crit
ical Causal Constant (κCRIT ≈ 10−78), that the predicted value for the Hubble
 Constant (H0) from TTO is H0,TTO ≈ 73.30 km/s/Mpc [1], resolving the Hub
ble Tension out of physical necessity. Furthermore, the Intrinsic Anisotropy of
 the tripartite origin emerges as the geometric cause of the Cosmic Microwave Back
ground (CMB) low-multipole anomalies (the "Axis of Evil"). Crucially, the TTO
 framework, incorporating Causal Dark Matter (MOC) as a geometric stress
 field, provides a statistically superior fit to the Baryon Acoustic Oscillation (BAO)
 data (χ2 TTO/MOC < χ2 ΛCDM) [2], establishing a unified, conceptually coherent, and
 empirically verifiable framework for fundamental cosmology
