Description
Work Package 2 of the project is concerned with identifying requirements, opportunities, and demonstration needs for R&R in future AC/DC systems. This Deliverable 2.3 presents the outcomes of Task 2.4 Identification of the regulatory / code and framework questions to be answered when enhancing reliability and resilience. This task will identify the key areas where technical delivery of R&R is influenced by the existence or absence of relevant regulatory arrangements, codes and frameworks and the extent to which the functions from the HVDC topologies could benefit from additional areas of regulatory arrangement/ clarification. The obtained results will be used in Work Package 6 to assess how regulatory frameworks impacts the use cases and in Work Package 8 for any potential recommendations for these frameworks.
