The questionnaire was designed based on the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model, which includes six dimensions: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits.

The dataset consists of two main files:

  1. Survey_Responses_AttendanceApp (.xlsx) — containing data from 39 respondents who evaluated the Attendance application implemented in a mining contractor services company.

  2. Questionnaire_Instrument_AttendanceApp (.xlsx) — listing all questionnaire items and measurement indicators used in the study.

This dataset can support further research in areas such as information system evaluation, usability analysis, and technology adoption in enterprise environments.
