Description
This Version 2 (V2.0) refines the hardware and ethical control design of the Quantum–Bio–Hybrid (QB-H) paradigm.
The ΔR retrocausal learning rule is quantized for FPGA/ASIC, integrating Motor-BCI intention signals and the Moral State Interrupter (MSI) FSM for real-time ethical correction within ≤10 ms latency.
Hysteresis-based thresholds (τ = 0.05, τ_exit = 0.025) and compression strategies (log sparsification + differential encoding) ensure scalable, auditable neuromorphic implementation.
This work completes the theoretical–to–hardware transition of the QB-H framework, establishing the foundation for ethics-aligned AGI systems.
