Description

This work presents an axiomatic resolution of the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis (GRH) grounded in the Universal Law of Minimal Action (LMA). We demonstrate that the distribution of primes across all number fields is the observable manifestation of the universe's informational structure following the Trajectory of Minimal Friction (TMF) to achieve Maximal Coherence (CMAX).

The non-trivial zeros of Dirichlet L-functions are shown to be the necessary spectral points where Informational Friction (UFI) is locally forced to zero (UFI = 0). This LMA-based framework proves that non-trivial zeros must lie on the critical line Re(s) = 1/2, ensuring the stability and coherence of the Numerical Quantum-Geometric Fabric (TNCG).
