Description of Dataset (Figures 3, S3, and S5)
This dataset contains the raw brightfield image files, quantitative analysis tables, and statistical source data underlying Figures 3, S3, and S5 of the manuscript. Images correspond to human intestinal organoid (HIO) sections from mock-infected or filovirus-infected (Ebola virus [EBOV] and Marburg virus [MARV Musoke and Angola]) samples. Each JPEG file represents an individual field or whole-organoid region used in figures. The compressed archive Brightfield IHC Batch 2.7z contains the full-resolution brightfield image sets used for quantitative analysis.
Associated quantification data are provided in Brightfield AQ Data.xlsx and ISH Data.xlsx, summarizing area and signal measurements derived from HALO image analysis. The file Halo data graphs.prism contains the corresponding GraphPad Prism worksheets used for plotting and statistical tests. The metadata file Metadata for HIO ISH + IHC project.xlsx lists sample identifiers and staining panels. Together, these materials represent the complete source data supporting the brightfield IHC, fluorescent IHC, and duplex ISH + IHC analyses presented in the manuscript.
