Description

High-risk pregnancies require vigilant monitoring and comprehensive care to reduce maternal and fetal complications. Nurses play a pivotal role in enhancing antenatal care (ANC) compliance in these patients. This paper examines nursing contributions in promoting adherence to ANC protocols, focusing on education, emotional support, and individualized care strategies. By synthesizing current literature, it highlights evidence-based practices, identifies challenges, and explores opportunities to improve ANC compliance in high-risk pregnancies.
