Description

Parallax-corrected bright-field (pBF) and parallax-filtered DPC (piDPC) cryo-Scanning Transmission Electron Tomogrpahy of lift-out lamellae from cell-derived matrices (prepared by Betty Zens, ISTA, incollaboration with Prof. Florian Schur, ISTA) recorded on a Panther detector.
