Criminologia Axiológica: ensaio sobre os fundamentos ético-filosóficos para a compreensão do fenômeno criminal / Axiological Criminology: essay on the ethical and philosophical foundations for understanding the criminal phenomenon

PT: Este ensaio apresenta as linhas iniciais de uma abordagem teórica denominada Criminologia Axiológica, voltada à compreensão do fenômeno criminal a partir da hierarquia dos valores morais e estéticos. Diferencia-se das criminologias crítica e positivista por deslocar o eixo explicativo da estrutura ou da biologia para o campo do valor, compreendendo o crime como ruptura da ordem axiológica e, ao mesmo tempo, como tentativa simbólica de reconstrução de sentido. Inspirada em Scheler, Reale, Aristóteles, Agostinho e Honneth, a proposta busca integrar fato, valor e norma, unindo ética, psicologia moral e filosofia do reconhecimento. Este trabalho inaugura publicamente a matriz teórica que será sistematizada em pesquisa de mestrado e desenvolvida em futura tese de doutorado.

EN: This essay presents the initial outlines of a theoretical approach called Axiological Criminology, which seeks to understand the criminal phenomenon through the hierarchy of moral and aesthetic values. It differs from critical and positivist criminologies by shifting the explanatory focus from structure or biology to the field of value, viewing crime as both a rupture in the axiological order and a symbolic attempt to reconstruct meaning. Inspired by Scheler, Reale, Aristotle, Augustine, and Honneth, the proposal integrates fact, value, and norm, combining ethics, moral psychology, and the philosophy of recognition. This work marks the first public record of the theoretical framework that will be further developed in master’s and doctoral research.
