Code and sample data for Immediate nuclear accumulation of BMAL1 to regulate cellular circadian clock synchronization

Description

The ZIP file contains custom codes used in the publication, "Immediate nuclear accumulation of BMAL1 to regulate cellular circadian clock synchronization". The codes are for analyzing the nucleus-to-cytoplasmic fluorescence intensity ratio of immunostained images, correlation of local and global correlation index, and for the simulation of circadian clock gene expression under an increase in the BMAL1 phosphorylation rate.
