Squat Dataset

This dataset was developed to support research on automated squat posture classification using pose estimation and ensemble learning methods. The data consist of side-view images of individuals performing squats, categorized into three classes: Good (correct posture), Bad Back (spinal misalignment), and Bad Heel (improper foot positioning). Each image is formatted in a 1:1 aspect ratio to maintain consistency during preprocessing and model training.
