This repository contains custom-written scripts that were used to analyse pictures of the red-backed shrike's eggshells. The results are described in the following paper: Sulej, Szala, Surmacki & Golawski (2025) Long-term changes in eggshell appearance in red-backed shrikes: implications for declining common cuckoo parasitism.
