Metaverse — bu zamonaviy texnologik taraqqiyotning yangi bosqichi bo‘lib, u virtual va real dunyolarni o‘zaro integratsiyalashuvini ta’minlaydi hamda inson faoliyatining huquqiy chegaralarini kengaytiradi. Mazkur maqola metaverse muhitida intellektual mulk huquqlarining qo‘llanilishiga doir nazariy va amaliy masalalarni o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda mualliflik huquqi, patentlar va tovar belgilariga oid me’yorlarning virtual reallikda tatbiqi, NFT texnologiyalarining huquqiy tabiati, virtual aktivlarga egalik huquqi hamda yurisdiksiya bilan bog‘liq muammolar tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, mavjud intellektual mulk huquqlari normalarining moslashuvchanligi va ular himoya qilayotgan obyektlarining nomoddiy tabiati virtual muhitda qo‘llanilishi imkonini beradi. Biroq, metaversening o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari – markazlashtirilmaganlik, transchegaradorlik, virtual aktivlarning xususiyatlari – yangi huquqiy mexanizmlar va tartibga solish choralarini ishlab chiqishni taqozo etadi. Maqolada O‘zbekiston milliy qonunchiligi uchun amaliy tavsiyalar va takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlari taklif etilgan.
