Description
Individual Matlab scripts used to generate the mathematical modeling data of the research work from Hanel, Abdelsalam and Tollis (iScience, 2025):
Mathematical analyses reveal sequential and lineage-specific activation of three G1/S sub-networks orchestrating hematopoietic proliferation
The scripts are individual scripts and not aggregated as a bundle/software. Please contact the authors for additional instructions on how to use the scripts.
