MPIFiles v0.18.0
Breaking changes:
getMeasurementsFDnow handles frequency transformed without going into the time domain if possible- ``getMeasurementsFD` now only works with frequencies that were selected if possible, this means that the function also only returns the available frequencies and not all as was the previous behaviour
