Description

This technical brief details the integration of the Conscious-Leaf Quantum Reservoir Computer (CL-QRC) with Google's Project Suncatcher, creating a quantum-resilient accelerator for space-based AI. The hybrid architecture embeds fault-tolerant bosonic reservoir nodes within TPU satellites, offering radiation hardness in LEO environments, nonlinear computational capacity, and super-linear error suppression (N⁻¹·⁸).

Key achievements include 99.73% prediction confidence for extreme weather events, 18-minute tornado lead times, and 250× power efficiency improvements over classical TPU-only systems. The roadmap outlines deployment of an 81-satellite constellation by 2030, establishing a distributed 40,000+ node quantum reservoir in low-Earth orbit for planetary-scale intelligence.

Includes technical specifications, performance benchmarks, architecture diagrams, and executive summary.
