This article analyzes the issue of developing the acmeological position of future primary school teachers in a digital educational environment as a scientific and pedagogical problem. The study theoretically elucidates the essence of the acmeological approach, its role in the pedagogical system, and its influence on the professional and creative development of students in the context of digital transformation. The article also provides a scientific analysis of factors such as the formation of future teachers’ digital competencies, self-awareness, the development of reflective activity, and the attainment of professional maturity. The research results make it possible to identify effective mechanisms for developing an acmeological position in a digital educational environment and to design pedagogical conditions that ensure personal and professional growth during the process of pedagogical practice.
