Description
Globalization has increased interactions among diverse cultures, making intercultural competence—a skill for effective cross-cultural communication—essential in modern education and society. This article examines how globalization influences intercultural competence and explores teaching methods that promote its development, including experiential learning, digital tools, project-based instruction, and language immersion. The study concludes that intercultural education strengthens communication, empathy, and global citizenship, and that combining academic study with practical and reflective learning offers the most effective approach in higher education
