It identifies key strategies for promoting library services and resources, highlighting the essential skills and knowledge that library professionals need to stay relevant and practical. Through an in-depth review of literature and case studies, this paper offers actionable insights and recommendations to help libraries adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
