Context and Objectives
The Communication Plan of UNITA – Universitas Montium defines the strategic framework for communication and dissemination during the second phase of the Alliance. Its objective is to ensure coherent, effective and inclusive communication across all partner universities, reinforcing UNITA’s identity and visibility at both local and European levels. This deliverable contributes to the overall objectives of the project by fostering community engagement, enhancing transparency and amplifying the impact of UNITA’s activities in education, research and innovation.

Methodology
The Communication Plan was developed through a collaborative process involving communication officers and representatives from all UNITA partner universities. The approach combined document analysis, benchmarking with other European alliances, audience mapping and feedback collection from all Work Packages. This participatory methodology enabled the identification of best practices, common needs, challenges and shared strategic priorities to guide the Alliance’s communication actions.

Results and Outcomes
The Communication Plan provides a coherent strategic framework aligning UNITA’s internal and external communication with the Alliance’s overall mission and values. It defines key objectives, target audiences, channels and tools, together with a detailed timeline and measurable indicators for impact assessment. The document also includes a unified brand narrative, updated visual identity guidelines and a crisis communication protocol. Altogether, these elements strengthen UNITA’s visibility, cohesion and capacity to communicate its achievements effectively to diverse audiences.

Impact and Applications
The Communication Plan reinforces UNITA’s internal coordination and coherence in external messages, ensuring a consistent narrative across all partners. Its implementation contributes to greater visibility, trust and engagement among stakeholders, while supporting the dissemination of UNITA’s achievements in education, research and innovation.
