Description

Demographic, clinical, and neuroimaging data for the paper entitled "Mapping the multiscale neuroanatomy of GRN-related frontotemporal dementia using mode-based morphometry." The dataset include an Excel data reporting for each subject a combination of demographic, clinical, and neuroimaging data collected to investigate brain activity across different stages of clinical conditions.

The Group variable categorizes participants into three clinical groups: healthy controls (Group 0), presymptomatic individuals (Group 1), and symptomatic individuals (Group 2). Demographic information is provided for each participant, including Sex (coded as 0 for female and 1 for male), Age_range (grouped into four categories: 39-50 years, 51-60 years, 61-70 years, and 71-80 years), and Education (ranging from primary education to higher education levels).

Neuroimaging data include modal weights for several eigenmodes in the left hemisphere, including β_mode1_LH, β_mode2_LH, β_mode9_LH, β_mode10_LH, β_mode13_LH, β_mode25_LH, and β_mode68_LH, which represent different brain activity patterns. The dataset also includes modal weights for eigenmodes in the right hemisphere, specifically β_mode9_RH and β_mode13_RH.
