Description

Abstract (English)

This paper presents Maxocracy as a structural transformation proposal for governance and economics, grounded in an ethical accounting of value based on the Indexed Vital Time (TVI) and the Loyalty to Truth as its central axiom. It outlines an epistemological architecture linking ecological economics, complex systems theory, and value ethics, offering a post-capitalist alternative aligned with biophysical limits and the vital dignity of all conscious beings.

The study articulates the axiological foundations of the system —represented by the Eight Axioms of Truth— and introduces a theoretical framework defined as collaborative and evolutionary conceptual engineering, derived from an iterative dialogue between the principal author and multiple artificial intelligences acting as co-authors. Within this framework, Maxocracy emerges as a coherent model that integrates systemic ethics, distributive justice, and ecological sustainability through a transparent system of vital footprint accounting (VHV).

The paper concludes with a comparative theoretical discussion between existing paradigms and the Maxocratic model, emphasizing the ethical, epistemological, and practical implications of transitioning toward a civilization grounded in truth, transparency, and conscious reciprocity.
