  • Add the negative models , for details check: https://github.com/ioanniskontogiannis/mass2motif-prioritization-ml/tree/main/scripts/Spec2Vec_retraining, to check how the retraning was done. This retraining was done by Ioannis Kontogiannis (2025) for his master thesis.
  • Have the positive models back!!!
