Authors/Creators
Description
This report documents the first Circular Economy Laboratory (CIRLab) held in Jonava, Lithuania, on 6 March 2025 as part of Work Package 2 of the ECLECTIC project. The workshop took place at Jonava District Municipality's Jeronimas Ralys Hall and brought together 50 public sector professionals from diverse local organizations, including schools, kindergartens, healthcare facilities, emergency services, public transport, and municipal administration. The primary objective was to foster participatory dialogue and collect qualitative data on how local public sector entities perceive, implement, and navigate challenges related to circular economy (CE) practices. Through this practical workshop format, the CIRLab facilitated knowledge exchange and provided valuable insights into the current state of CE adoption within Jonava's public sector landscape.
