RUFUS Singularity Container

Description
The singularity container for the RUFUS k-mer based variant calling algorithm. Please see the github repository for usage instructions. The additional files are the GRCh38 reference genome indexed by BWA, which can save some time in the calling procedure if included in the data directory where RUFUS is run.
