Strategic Management of Import of Construction Materials in Conditions of Economic Instability of the Post-Conflict Economy of Ukraine

The article examines the strategic management of imports in the construction industry of Ukraine in the post-conflict economy. The theoretical systematization of the characteristics of imports as a key element of the functioning of construction enterprises in the conditions of destroyed infrastructure, production deficit and economic instability is carried out. The role of imports in the provision of materials, machinery, equipment and engineering systems is analyzed. The main challenges are identified, in particular logistical difficulties, energy crisis and political risks. Adaptive import strategies are considered to reduce risks and increase efficiency, and the importance of long-term strategic planning in an unstable environment is emphasized. The importance of digital visualization, interactive reports and presentations for presenting strategic plans and results of import activities in construction is noted.
