PantherAI Labeled Video Dataset (video frames and labels)

This is a condensed video dataset for the associated article, "PantherAI: an autonomous behavioural monitoring tool for assessing activity budget and space use in a zoo-housed tiger". The dataset is comprised of video frames and their associated behavioural labels from five behavioural categories that can be used to train models and test out functionalities (space use heatmaps and activity budgets) of the PantherAI behavioural monitoring tool. 

Class 0 (FEED): 2525 samples  
Class 1 (LOCO): 3663 samples    
Class 2 (OBMAN): 3057 samples       
Class 3 (REST): 1630 samples       
Class 4 (STEREO): 3589 samples      
14,464 total labeled samples
names: ["T1_FEED", "T1_LOCO", "T1_OBMAN", "T1_REST", "T1_STEREO"], where FEED is feeding, LOCO is locomotion, OBMAN is object manipulation, REST is resting, and STEREO is stereotypical pacing.
