Description

Abstract

A healthcare organization is an institution that provides medical services to the population, which shows the need to consider the treatment and consulting medical process as a service. In the Kazakhstan market, it is commonly understood that medical services offered by state medical institutions are of poor quality. In view of the fact that any treatment process can be understood as a service, it is necessary to constantly improve the quality of medical services provided in healthcare institutions. A number of foreign scientists in the field of healthcare management, conducting a study on the basis of various networks of private and public clinics, came to the conclusion that in a medical organization the quality of services directly depends on the person directly providing the service, that is, the doctor and nurse. Accordingly, there is a need to constantly develop the human resource of a medical organization to provide high-quality medical services. In this article, we will consider modern human capital management tools that enhance the potential of a human resource in an organization.
