The Influence of Artificial Intelligence on Innovation Capability and Knowledge Sharing in Organizations
Authors/Creators
Description
To stay ahead of their competitors, more and more businesses are using AI. This study investigates the influence of artificial intelligence on two critical dimensions of the knowledge process: the ability to innovate and the dissemination of information. To evaluate the purported correlations, we employ a simulated survey dataset comprising 200 respondents and utilize a technique known as partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that using AI makes it much more likely that the company will come up with new ideas and share information with each other. People may generate novel concepts when discussing their knowledge. In this case, I can't help but wonder if there is a link between artificial intelligence and creativity. The results indicate that AI-driven tools and methodologies could facilitate collaboration among individuals from various sectors to improve information exchange and foster the generation of innovative concepts. This paper analyzes both theoretical and practical implications, highlighting the importance of incorporating AI methodologies with knowledge management to enhance innovation performance. Some things that come to mind are AI, the ability to think of new ideas, the ability to share and manage knowledge, PLS-SEM, and how well a business does.
