A checklist of the myxomycetes of Arkansas

An updated checklist of myxomycetes is provided for the state of Arkansas based on all previously published records, records from MycoPortal, and more than 3000 specimens collected during the period of 2003 to 2023 by the author and colleagues, undergraduate students, and graduate students. A total of 184 species are now known from Arkansas. This total includes 33 species reported for the first time from the state.
