turkuwasps: R package for analysing tropical wasps at the University of Turku
Description
This is the second version of turkuwasps used to draft a manuscript on Ugandan Pimplinae phenology and habitat use.
This release handles analysing the habitat use and phenology of wasp species, drawing rarefaction curves with approximate confidence intervals, and estimating the evenness of species abundances.
Main changes to previous releases are miscellaneous minor updates, and the ability to count morisita dissimilarity indexes.
To install the package, you can download it, unzip, then tell R to install it:
install.packages("PATH_TO_FOLDER", repos=NULL, type="source")
The download includes a ReadMe file with basic examples of what you can do with the code. You can also look for updated instructions and code at the package's GitHub pages.
