Description
Data on the F2 juveniles (1-year-old, n = 1465) of European seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax). Fish were reared under control (C, 16°C) or elevated temperatures (T, 21°C) for three successive generations (F0-F2). Data encompasses sex, weight, length for all (n = 1465), histological cell count (n = 50), and normalized element mass percent of gonadal samples (n = 20).
Files:
- data_main.csv inlcudes sex, weight (g), standard length (mm)
- data_histology_females.csv histological cell count for oogonia "og" and primary growth oocyte "pg"
- data_histology_males.csv histological cell count for type A undifferentiated spermatogonia "aund", type A differentiated spermatogonia "adiff", type B spermatogonia "b", spermatocytes "spc", and spermatids "spt"
- data_cc.csv chemical composition data (normalized element mass percent) of subset of gonadal samples with triplicate measurements
Files
