This paper explores the role of blended learning in enhancing students’ speaking and listening skills in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classrooms. Blended learning, which combines face-to-face instruction with digital technologies, creates a more flexible and interactive learning environment. The study emphasizes that integrating online tools such as video conferencing, interactive listening platforms, and collaborative speaking activities increases learners’ engagement, motivation, and communication competence. Furthermore, it discusses the effectiveness of blended approaches in improving real-time communication, pronunciation accuracy, and listening comprehension. The research concludes that blended learning can significantly contribute to developing students’ oral proficiency and listening fluency if applied with proper pedagogical design.
