Publishing your repo: Formatting, containerising, publishing, archiving code

As a researcher, publishing code can be a requirement for publishing in a journal or a proof of openness, trust and generosity. This presentation guides you through code formatting/styling, saving your package versions with renv, activating git, creating a GitHub repo and archiving this repo on Zenodo to obtain a DOI. The HTML file can be displayed in your internet browser and will show the presentation. The Quarto `.qmd` file contains the code producing the presentation and can be freely modified.
