Some Solutions to Improve the Quality of Tourism Human Resources in Hanoi: Towards Tourist Satisfaction and Sustainable Tourism Development

High-quality tourism human resources for sustainable tourism development in Hanoi city bring a relatively large source of revenue for the city. However, the quantity and quality of this tourism human resource have not met the tourism potential and the speed of tourism development of Hanoi city. The content of the research analyzes the current status of tourism human resources for sustainable tourism development and proposes some solutions to improve the quality of human resources for tourism development in the coming time.
