Description

This repository gathers grids of aerosols extinction extinction, scattering extinction and asymmetry parameters for use in exoplanet atmospheric retrieval (or proto-planetary disks). The grids spans particle radii from 1 nanometer to 30 microns. They are designed and validated for JWST high information content datasets, see Voyer & Cangeat (2026). These grids are meant to be used easely in any framework but already compatible with the TauREx retrieval code through the new plugin TauREx-PCQ (https://github.com/groningen-exoatmospheres/taurex-PCQ/). The following species are already available :

-Mg2SiO4 amorph glass

-MgSiO3 amorph glass

-MgSiO3 amorph sol-gel

-SiO2 alpha

-SiO2 amorph

-SiO

-Titan tholins
