Wetland aesthetics versus wetland functions. Teaching materials.

Within the Horizon Europe project Restore4Life, we have developed a set of teaching materials (protocols and worksheets) dealing with wetlands, following an interactive teaching approach. The current materials encourage reflection on how aesthetic perceptions influence attitudes toward floodplains. Students analyse landscape preferences, explore ecological functions, and discuss how beauty and utility shape restoration acceptance
