[ARTEFACT] Sketchbook: Logical Model Inference from Boolean Network Sketches

This is an artefact for the paper "Sketchbook: Logical Model Inference from Boolean Network Sketches". It contains the implementation of Sketchbook, benchmark models, and instructions on how to reproduce the experiments presented in the paper. The assets are split into the following parts:

• sketchbook-experiments-VM.ova - an Ubuntu virtual machine preconfigured to reproduce all the experiments. All the tools and requirements have already been installed on the machine. All instructions are given in the readme file instructions-vm.md
• sketchbook-repo-clone - a mirror of the tool's GitHub repository https://github.com/sybila/biodivine-sketchbook
• sketchbook-experiments-data - a copy of all the relevant data (also present in the VM) for evaluation of Sketchbook
• manual.pdf - a copy of the tool's manual for convenience (includes a short tutorial section)
• instructions-vm.md - instructions to reproduce all experiments through the provided VM
