The Set of Instruments for Forming the Administration Systems within the Enterprise Management.

The article develops the model of the administration systems formation within the enterprise management, which provides for separating the preparatory, main and final stages. The areas for administration systems development at companies have been identified (structural, quantitative and qualitative). The advantages of using the SWOT – analysis at the preparation stage of such systems formation have been presented. The potential directions for enterprises’ business processes analysis within the basic stage of the administration systems construction have been highlighted. The implementation of the 5W1H model for analyzing enterprises business processes within this stage has been proposed. It is proved that the result of analyzing business processes during the administration systems construction should be reflected as the approval of the requirements to these systems functionality, the establishment of the requirements to the administration systems technological component, as well as developing the technical specifications for the individual modules of such systems and examining the alternative variants of the software and hardware. In this context, an important task is to investigate the opportunities for integrating the new hardware and software with the existing one. It is established that the processes and systems of administration are an important component of company’s corporate architecture, thus, they should not only provide the certain effectiveness level at their level, but also influence constructively on the business entity in general.
