Description

AstroVink-Q1: Strong gravitational lens candidates missed in Euclid Q1

This record contains newly identified strong gravitational lens candidates discovered with the AstroVink-Q1 vision-transformer network in Euclid Quick Data Release 1 (Q1).

These systems were not included in the initial Strong Lensing Discovery Engine (SLDE) catalogues (see SLDE A and SLDE F) and were verified through Space Warps and expert inspection. The full method is described in

“Euclid Quick Data Release (Q1): AstroVink: A vision transformer approach to find strong gravitational lens systems.”
(Vincken, S. H. et al., in prep., Astronomy & Astrophysics), Arxiv link: https://arxiv.org/abs/2604.21977.

If you use Euclid Q1 data in your research, please cite the core Euclid Q1 papers that made this catalogue possible.
