SSR fingerprint data of 294 pear germplasm resources

Description
We used 17 highly polymorphic fluorescent-labeled SSR makers located on 17 respective chromosomes of the pear genome to amplify a total of 294 germplasm accessions by PCR. Then we got this SSR fingerprint data.
